Travel Trailer Roof Repair

Travel trailers are the rigs we see most, and their roofs fail in predictable places: the front cap seam, around the bathroom vent, and along the awning rail.

Lightweight trailer roofs use thin decking under the membrane, so a slow leak turns into soft decking faster than on a heavier coach. Catching it early is usually the difference between a reseal and a rebuild.

What we do on this rig

  • Front and rear cap seam resealing
  • Vent, fan and skylight reseal and replacement
  • Membrane patching and full trailer roof replacement
  • Awning rail and sidewall termination resealing
